REPAIRING A PRINTER JAM ON THE DNP DS-RX1 DYE SUB PRINTER:

• Fully remove any wrinkled or jammed paper and ribbon.

• Cut the paper square and clean.

• Tape / repair the ribbon as shown on the video above.

• Clear the clippings from the clipping box and make sure the path is clear.

• Reset the power to the printer that is jammed.

• Reload the paper and ribbon. Close the door.

• Let the printer align iteslf (it will spit out several pieces of blank paper to reset).

• Open a photo strip and set to print to the jammed printer.

• If the repaired ribbon and roll clears 10 times /prints, it should be ok. If not, investigate further and try again.

• Test (2) sessions via the photobooth software to make sure the software is operational.

• In "Printer Info" app, check the printer status and note "Status Ok".
